Awareness training for supporting people with epilepsy, recognising seizure types, and responding calmly and safely.

• Identify common seizure types and warning signs.
• Provide appropriate first response during and after a seizure.
• Understand care planning and risk assessment considerations.
• Know when to escalate and seek emergency support.
